The Barndance is a hallmark annual community event in McHenry County as our team consisting of 100% volunteers has raised more than $8.3 million in our fight against cancer.
Know that every ticket you buy or donation you make, you’re contributing to three powerful actions.
The highlight of the evening is the presentation of Never Be Defeated awards. Steve selects individuals or families for their positive outlooks, fantastic attitudes and an inspiration to others for are fight the fight.
Raise cancer awareness through education and screenings
Improve cancer care for local residents
Raise funds for cancer research
It takes a village to make Barndance come to life each year, and only happens from the generousity sponsors and underwriters.
Volunteers are needed to help with the success of Barndance 2019. Whether you can give one hour or four, we’ll put you to work.
The Barndance Live Auction, Bucket Raffle and 50/50 are much loved activities. The energy that each creates is amazing. It helps drives home the reason we do Barndance…to raise money to fight cancer. Cancer has touched each of us.
Help us build all the baskets and packages ranging from restaurant gift certificates to amazing vacations. Through your donation, you’ll be making a tax-deductible contribution that will support Gavers Community Cancer Foundation mission to raise awareness, provide education, fund screenings and research. You will also benefit from the exposure to Barndance attendees as all donors are listed in the program.
Please include a DONATION FORM with each item. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Denise at: American Ad Bag, 1510 Lamb Rd, Woodstock, IL 60098
